各位大神好，文献中做外泌体体内示踪，注射小鼠之前为什么要进行peptide blocking experiments ，不做会造成哪些影响呢？求大神解惑 ，谢谢 原文：When performing peptide blocking experiments, exosomes were incubated with 0.06μM RGD or HYD-1
(peptide sequence: KIKMVISWKG) peptides for 30 min at 37 °C before exosome injection。
